Sacred Heart is a worshiping family of Christians, in the Catholic tradition, who travel from more than 20 towns to gather at Sacred Heart Church in Vernon, Connecticut, as well as in small church communities, for prayer and worship.
All are welcome in this house.
We celebrate Sunday Masses at Sacred Heart every Saturday at 4:30pm (except the Easter Vigil, which always begins after dark), and every Sunday at 8:00am and 10:30am.
Cancellations are announced on WFSB Channel 3 and WVIT-TV Channel 30.
Children are always welcome to worship at Sacred Heart, and Child Care is provided by trained and screened volunteers during the 10:30am Sunday Mass for the convenience of those parents and children who desire it.
Daily Mass times and days change, so please check the bulletin.
If you are in need of a Sunday evening Mass, you’ll want to check out Saint Isaac Jogues in East Hartford – they celebrate at 5:30pm on Sunday.
